These terms and conditions govern your participation in “The Pokerbet & RaceFace Pro Pokerbet Booster” (promotion) offered by Pokerbet. Your participation in this promotion implies your agreement with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to participate. Please inform Pokerbet Support or RaceFace Pro Organisers if you choose not to participate.
This promotion is only valid for the 2024 GT3 and Sprint Series’. Race Participation in other Series’ and/ or Events do not qualify for the Pokerbet & RaceFace Pro Pokerbet Win Booster (“Pokerbet Booster”).
PROMOTION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Pokerbet Booster is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and are either a South African citizen or permanently reside within South Africa.
To qualify for Pokerbet Booster the Participant needs to hold a valid Pokerbet account.
Pokerbet Booster prize/s will be awarded within seven (7) business days post the completion of the Race and/or Race Season.
All Pokerbet Booster prizes are subject to wagering requirements. To withdraw your booster bonus you need to meet the wagering requirement: wager one (1) times the booster amount within 30 days before being able to withdraw any winnings. (See “Definitions” for details on wagering requirements.)
For example: A customer is credited a R100 Pokerbet Booster. The R100 will go to the customer’s Cash Wallet, and the customer must then wager their R100 cash once (1x) before being able to withdraw any funds.
Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. The prize will not be handed/ awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
The Pokerbet Booster can be used for sports betting as well as poker, and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Only drivers (“customer/s”) that have passed Pokerbet’s automatic verification check at the time of registration will be eligible for participation in the promotion. Should the automatic verification fail, Pokerbet will request FICA documents and only once the customer’s FICA documentation has been verified will the customer be able to participate in the promotion.
Pokerbet may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Pokerbet to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
Customer Image and Likeness:
With the customer’s express consent, Pokerbet may use the customer’s alias, image, or likeness for promotional purposes related to Pokerbet or its winners.
Pokerbet will limit the use of the customer’s image or likeness to Pokerbet’s promotional channels (website, social media, etc.) and other related Pokerbet marketing materials.
Right to Withdraw Consent. Customers have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by simply contacting Pokerbet support.
The Promoters will continuously monitor for any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries, betting behaviour and/or participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant. Pokerbet’s decision is final and binding.
By virtue of their participation in the promotion every Pokerbet customer shall be deemed to have been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that they understands and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Pokerbet reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves. DEFINITIONS:
POKERBET ACCOUNT: Your registered and verified account consisting of Cash balance, Free Bet balance, and Bonus balance.
FREE BET: Pokerbet from time to time will run various promotions which may offer “Free Bets.” Any Free Bet that you qualify for will be added to your Free Bet balance, and can be used to place wagers (a Free Bet may be subject to wagering requirements and/or rollover conditions before they will be credited to your Fee Bet balance). Any Free Bet balance must be used in its entirety as a single bet. This single bet can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet.
CASH: The cash balance in your Pokerbet Account, available for wagering.
BONUS: Pokerbet from time to time will run various promotions which may offer Bonus funds. Bonus funds can be used to place wagers but are subject to wagering requirements and/or rollover conditions before the withdrawal of any winnings.
ROLLOVER CONDITION: A rollover refers to a multiplier applied to a deposit amount, which must be wagered before a Bonus or Free Bet can be granted.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS: Wagering requirements, also known as play-through requirements, represent the total amount of bets a customer needs to place to fulfil the conditions for withdrawing a bonus or its winnings. For instance, if a customer receives a R10 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, they must place R100 worth of bets before being eligible to withdraw the bonus or its winnings.
